Gracelyn created Persephone Consulting after working in Asset Management roles across the province in both private and public sectors where she developed an approach to Asset Management entirely centered around Sustainable Service Delivery, and devleloped a passion for supporting the local government staff who deliver those services ever
Gracelyn created Persephone Consulting after working in Asset Management roles across the province in both private and public sectors where she developed an approach to Asset Management entirely centered around Sustainable Service Delivery, and devleloped a passion for supporting the local government staff who deliver those services every day. Gracelyn's certifications help her communicate across industries responsibel for delivering local government services. In addition to her certifications as a technologist, asset management professional, and private pilot, Gracelyn is now also pursuing her Master of Arts in Leadership at Royal Roads University. She is current the Manager of Operations and Maintenance for the Town of Gibsons, supporting the parks, public works, and wastewater treatment plant crews.

Michael Wall has enjoyed an active career in both the forest sector as well as local government. Michael is passionate about bringing his science based forestry expertise to public sector asset management with emphasise on what services natural assets can provide. Michael is currently moving to semi retirement from full time local governm
Michael Wall has enjoyed an active career in both the forest sector as well as local government. Michael is passionate about bringing his science based forestry expertise to public sector asset management with emphasise on what services natural assets can provide. Michael is currently moving to semi retirement from full time local government management and is looking forward to spending more time enjoying this beautiful Province, family, travel and consulting on select projects that help communities meet their strategic plan objectives.

Tracy Forster began her work in local government in 2017. She worked on the administration team handling day to day operations, support for elected officials, efficiency improvements, and support for strategy developments. In addition to her knowledge of the inner workings of local governemnt, she is also trained with natural asset management. On the Persephone Consulting team she combines her passion for excellence and community. At home Tracy always has a project on the go whether it's a new build, a garden upgrade, or treasure restoration.
